[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used Country Crock spread since I was a little girl. It is smooth and creamy and spreads so easily. I love using it on rolls and muffins especially. Unlike butter, it spreads easily when cold. But it is not oily like some other spreads I have used. I prefer to buy the calcium kind, but recently was sent a small tub of the original Country Crock for free by Influenster in exchange for my review but this is my honest unbiased opinion. I'm a life long country crock gal!

Finally found a replacement for the old Country Crock-Land O Lakes Margarine. The tubs are hard to find in my area, but the sticks are good too. I have asked my stores to stock the tubs. Not as soft as CC right out of the fridge but a small sacrifice for the great taste. Trust me, I've tried them all and this is the only one that can replace the old CC in taste.

It's great in scrambled eggs, sauteed mushrooms and veggies, noodles and even pancakes if you love a rich buttery taste! It gives food an extra punch of flavor that the whole family can appreciate!

The taste didn't amaze me too much because it tastes like other brand's butter, it wasn't smoother or creamier to me. But it did work well for baking chocolate chip cookies. I also like the consistency because it was like a cream instead of stick which is easier to work with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to use this when making homemade chips and salsa. You can melt the Country Crock(which melts so fast in the microwave!). Then you slice tortillas into triangles, and dredge them in the Country Crock. Bake in the oven--425 for about 6 minutes. The nicest, crispy, flakey homemade tortilla chips! The spread tastes great and is so simple to use. Thanks Country Crock! :)

I received Country Crock complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes so I thought I'd try it out and I was not pleased at all. The taste has completely changed and not in a good way. I thought it was just me at first so I let my 2 teenagers and husband try as well and they all had the same reaction I did. I will definitely be going back to my regular brand of REAL butter.

I was a little skeptical as I read about additives I the butter but once I did more research and even looked at the ingredients when I got it, it wasn't true. It's smooth, flavorful and melts.. My family absolutely loved the Original Country Crock. We first used it when we were baking cookies, cupcakes, and rice krispy treats for my son's class. The butter is very smooth and soft and easy to work with. The desserts that we made for the kid's class, were soft and chewy and definitely held that sweet buttery taste. Great Product.
