I was interested in buying this product until I read the ingredient list. How can you tout this as plant based? It is a highly processed product. Dr Mark Hyman MD you is well know in Natural Space has a book called Eat Fat Get Thin, this book has a list of healthy fats to consume margarine is not a that list.

I as well as my entire family are butter lovers and for years crock has always been the only thing we use. Since the change to the "Simple Recipe" it's become the only thing we won't use. This stuff is horrible and has ruined alot our favorite dishes! Bring back the original please!!!

I have been using the new Country Crock and I am in agreeance with many others that you need to go back to your original recipe I told my family you will get used to the taste and that has been 6 months ago and we still complain about the blandness. PLEASE AT LEAST LET US HAVE A CHOICE OF WHICH RECIPE WE WANT TO BUY!

Melting this spread in frying pan or microwave reveals a ton of water, in fact more water than butter (spread). I’ve noticed this over the years but due to it not being something I do often I just never thought much of it or moved to create an alarm over it.

Once you try the best you don't go back to the old,that's my precise feeling on country crock. No other brand can compare. I've used my Country Crock original on my toast, cookies,brownies, eggs etc. it goes well with anything and you won't be dissaponted !

Theirs so many product these days to choice from. Country Crock was my favorite... still is. After using the sample I have received I went to the store and brought 2 more tub size. Now I'm using it again with my children.

I must say that it was quite different from what I remember, and that is both good and bad. First off, it has loss some of its creaminess and is no longer easy to spread. It also loss some of its buttery flavor and is more mellow. What I do like is that it is better for you and no longer has all of the additives. When compared to others "healthy" butters and spreads Country Crock taste much better. If you are looking for a healtheir version of butter Country Crock would be worth a shot.
