I would love to say we tested out in baking, breakfast on toast & grits :) and just about anything that needs butter. I have been using Country Crock for a number of years and I love the enhanced flavor that it gives all my recipes, from plain buttered toast to baked potatoes and casseroles. Although it's not natural like butter, I believe it's healthier and has no trans fats. I feel good when I put Country Crock on my table.

The new Country Crock is disgusting. I have been using Country Crock for over 30 years. When I got married I convinced my husband to use this brand of margarine because it was what I grew up using. My children (used to) prefer it over butter, but they and the rest of my family do not like this new product at all. Why do you think you have to try to fix something that isn't broken? If you want to make a new product, make a new formula IN ADDITION to what you already have available, and let your consumers choose which one they like better. I'm pretty sure you would find that other lifelong users of your product would agree. I will no longer be buying Country Crock margerine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The one thing I believe is that everything with butter is better! However, there are butter out there that doesnt pass my minimal standard for it. I like mine velvety smooth and light. I dont want to be spreading an lard like butter on my bread or food. It should at least taste nice. Countty crock is nothing but good. It has varieties to choose from. It isnt expensive. Just nice butter!

I like that the tub is square now because it fits in the door in the fridge! We recently made some smore's cookies with this butter and they are delicious!!!

I don't get the negative responses. How much of the product are they using to notice such a huge difference with new recipe? Are they looking for a more unnatural flavor? It is especially important for my family that the company continues to keep the sodium levels down. More companies need to note that their products are over salted. The more natural ingredients the better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this free in my Influenster Voxbox & it tastes amazing I decided to make sugar cookies using it & they came out so soft and moist. They tasted so buttery and enhanced my recipe compared to using regular butter. Country Crock original will now be my go to spread for all things cooking & baking! But some you won't be disappointed!

New recipe causes eggs to stick to my griddle. I now use butter instead. CC is still good for baking and the price is good. The new taste is a little off too. Overall, I would rather have the old recipe back. After decades of exclusively using CC, I am looking for a replacement.
