Other than that, it seems like a bunch of chemicals that imitate butter to me. I feel like this is probably not the best product for your health (neither is butter, but do your research and compare ingredients). I would not use this to cook with. It has a nice, creamy buttery taste. Melts nicely on your food. Made me a grilled cheese and tomato and the butter toasted my bread just perfectly. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to butter. Love the fact it is a good lower fat alternative to butter! So easy to spread as well. Love the packaging! The new designed is very compact and can store in your refrigerator without taking up to much space. My opinions are 100% my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a coupon for Country Crock complimentary to test and review. I decied to use it while cooking my fresh green beans. The dish was full of flavor and delicious. It didn't take long for it to melt in as I sauteed the veggies. I usually use olive oil but feel that the Country Crock adds a little more flavor than the olive oil.

I have been a Country Crock customer for years and have loved the product. I thought when the new container came out it was great. I am not sure what you changed along with the container, BUT after years and years I am totally disappointed and amazed. The first one I bought I left out on the counter as I have done for years, much to my surprise after about 3 days, of sitting out when I opened the lid there was MOLD all over the top, I had to throw it away, thought well that is certainly weird, bought another one and decided I better keep it in the fridge. Again, after about a week MOLD. Ok now I am not happy!!!! Once again I am back to the store. This time I thought ok I will buy one more time, so I once again bought your product, and tonight when we took the container out of the fridge to butter our right out the oven cornbread, I couldn't believe it when my boyfriend said " Did you see that again the butter is molded "!!!!!. We use it everyday so it isn't like weeks go by and it isn't used. I don't keep my grocery receipts or this time I would have taken it back to the store. Third time is enough for me. I don't know what you changed or why, but although it won't really matter to you, You have lost me as customer and I will be letting others know of this issue I have been having.

Overall, it worked well in a few different baking recipes. Cookies turned out perfect, but it did leave a little lack of density in brownies. Otherwise, it was the perfect substitute for butter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up on Country Crock and really enjoy the taste of it and how spreadable it is. its much easier than butter to spread right out of the fridge. i prefer the taste of butter overall, though. thats the only downside, but really it still tastes great. My cookies were flatter than usual with country crock, but still delicious. I received this product for free to review, but the opinions are completely mine.

Love how smooth it spreads. And I've never been much of a fan of real butter so this is exactly what I'm looking for.
