As a kid I used to see my Grandpa use this spread. He had all sorts of health problems and well, this was a product recommended back then (40 years ago or so) for a healthier lifestyle. Now I find myself in my later stages of life where after enjoying 100% real butter, I am now dealing with lactose intolerance and my husband with high cholesterol. I have found my way back to a childhood memory and am very happy with this spread as a staple in my kitchen. I don't cook with Country Crock (CC) but I do enjoy it on toast or bagels or even Cuban bread toast in the mornings. It may not taste like real butter to many people but our family likes it and if we can't have the real stuff, this is our choice for next best! I've had the vegan alternatives that cost double or triple the cost of CC and trust me, CC wins in my book.

I’ve used this product for years and love it. I have always bought the larger containers at the grocery store but never the size that Sam’s sells. I was delighted to find such a large size container and will definitely continue to buy this in the future.

Country Crock’s Original Vegetable Oil Spread tub is a deal. It’s large enough to last a while and tastes delish. This is better than the tinier packaging which only lasts about 2 months but also not the huge container which gets bad over time. This is a happy medium.

I give the interior, actual product a five (5). However, attempting to remove or replacing the top is a royal pain, especially for senior citizens. The top pops off at the least nudge or tap in the fridge. That inconvenience gets a ZERO. Since I can't divide the score, I'll settle for a two (2) just because of the packaging.

I haven't used fake butter in a good decade. However, the butter got expensive during Covid and more recently I decided I wanted to save a little money. I decided to get the fake stuff and went straight for the Country Crock, because out of all the other brands, this was always my favorite. Now I have butter and this crock and depending on what I am cooking will dictate which one I want to use. It just helps make my money stretch a little further.

Got this "new and improved" tub produced in Kansas. It's wattery, overly soft, and falls off the knife and food while trying to spread. Still tastes great but it's basically a liquid now. I buy this regularly and immediately noticed the change. It's Ruined!
