Its fresh, creamy taste also can't be beat on a dinner roll.

I was hoping that a "new simple recipe" meant that it would taste less processed. It did not. I like to have butter on my bread when I eat and was hoping to use this but no. It still tastes bad. Cooking with it is great because the taste is drowned out by the other flavors and its better for you than real butter. I would recommend cooking with this but just using this for a garnish or on bread I would say no.

However, being a wannabe health nut, I tend to stay away from butter as much as possible. So even though it is delicious and makes everything taste good, I am deducting one star for healthy reasons.

I have been using Country Crock Original for almost 35 yrs. I really liked the way it tasted, but when they changed the container they changed the taste. I don't like the way it tastes or the way it works in my cooking. If you had a good product why change it. The changes that were made to the original recipe were not for the better in my opinion. Please bring back the original recipe.
