[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive an opportunity to try Country Crock spread via my Influenster Voxbox, because I already know and love and use Country Crock spreads! My mom used Country Crock when I was a kid, and it is still the only spread we choose to use today! It is so thick and creamy, melts perfectly and the rich taste is actually better than regular butter! While I most prefer to use Country Crock as a spread, it can be used in cooking too with fabulous results! A wonderful product our refrigerator will never be without!

I used to use Country Crock and I stopped for a while. I am glad I got a container because I am sold again. My family finds the taste clean and easy to digest. My Asian parents, especially my mom is very picky when it comes to scents and taste. I recently received this product for free for review, Score!

Pancakes, toast, English muffins.... I love how smoothly it spreads! There are no rips or tears to my food from tugging, so I would have to say that's pretty perfect! And the taste! Perfecto!

My mom used Country Crock all the time when I was a kid, so naturally I continued to use it as an adult. I rarely use butter. Well, I'm not sure what to do now. I picked up the "new" Country Crock from the grocery store the other day and was instantely concerned since the container looked different. I quickly calmed myself down and thought the new square container is just that, a new container - possibly making it easier to store in the fridge. So, I used it the other day and was, am, so upset with the NEW Simple recipe! It's so weird! It doesn't melt the same way it used to and begins to burn quickly in the pan. It gunks up easily and sticks to the food like grilled cheese or something. It's freaking me out! I use this when cooking all the time. What happened tothe Country Crock??? I cannot use it anymore and that's disappointing. I'm not sure what I need to use - maybe just plain butter? I wish the recipe would stay the same and I could continue using it.

My family and I love Country Crock the Original taste awesome we had hamberger's I put the Original Country Crock on our toasted buns they tasted great,plus we use it on our toast of the mornings the creamy flavor is the best we ever ate and the only butter we buy goes well with about anything you put it on.

I was not surprised when I started reading reviews. The NEW original recipe is awful!!!! I have always loved your tub butter. Now, I am sad to say that I will be throwing away this last tub that I purchased. Can you please go back to the original recipe? Wasted Money!!!!!

I use to love country crock but it has changed and not for the better. The taste is awful and it doesn't melt on toast or toasted bagels. Reading the ingredients what happened to the cream? Water and oils now I know why it doesn't taste good anymore. But I guess they thought let's save some money and cut corners. My guess country crock won't be around much longer unless they go back to the way it was made when they first started.
