[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to test out a basic cookie recipe and was pleasantly surprised! I typically use regular butter for all of my baking. Regular, stick butter can be hard to work with. You have to bring it to room temp, etc, etc, and as a mom of two toddlers I really don't have time for that. As a result, my cookies are usually misshapen because of the cold butter that I mix in. But this spread was instantly creamy and super easy to incorporate into the sugar mixture. I have honestly never seen such smooth, creamy cookie batter. And the uniformity, texture, and taste of the baked cookies are out of this world. This will be a new cooking staple in my home for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the opportunity to try the Country Crock Original spread as part of the Harvest VoxBox promotion. I tried it on slices of organic whole bread toast in order to sample the flavor and taste of the product in the best possible way. I really enjoyed the texture. It’s smooth and creamy and easy to spread. I did however, look at the ingredient list after reading the packaging and noticing it says “Country Fresh Taste”. It made me think that the spread would be simple and made of natural ingredients, meaning mostly cream and salt. That however wasn’t the case, which I found disappointing. I’m also not a fan of products that include palm oil and this one does. It is however a great spread to use for cooking and baking if that’s what you’re using it for. I have made muffins and cooked vegetables with it in the past and they all turned out great!

Whether you are cooking dinner or baking cookies for the kids it is all you need to make a good recipe great. My favorite way to use Country Crock is on a hot fresh biscuit YUM!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these on a regular basis to make mashed potatoes and butter potatoes for dinner. We also use it for grilled cheese and biscuits. My whole family love Country Crock on all the dishes we use it for. It always seems to melt great for our grilled cheese. We have never had a problem with it it is the only brand we use if we dont have it we would do without that night before i would buy a different brand.My family has nothing bad to say about it at all.

I have only like Country crock original butter in my 20 years of life. And now, unfortunately I'll have to find something else that I may like. This new recipe is terrible. It's so off. I thought I was sick because the taste was so wrong. But no, it's this yucky butter. The new container is cool but it's called original butter for a reason. Will not buy the product ever again until a change is made and announced.

I was so excited to try this product as I have always wanted to try it but for some reason just have not. I was very pleased overall. The consistency is smooth and easy to spread. The taste is excellent. I used it on toast and breads and for cooking. I used as a substitute for my normal spread in my chocolate cookies and it was amazing. Will definitely purchase in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We usually prefer real butter, but there are times when it's not spreadable. We often times turn to Country Crock in these times of need. It still has the buttery taste we like, but is ready at all times to be spread on bread, potatoes, etc.
