Does not taste the same

Since you changed to a more simple recipi, i just cant grasp the taste!! Ive been using countrycrock like, forever!! I do not like the taste anymore. It makes my food taste different. Its almost like i put butter flavoring in it, and i hate the taste of butter!!! Sorry, i really loved your brand, but will have to look for something different

Great butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a coupon to purchase this butter for review. I have to say that I was really pleased with the consistency and the results when using this butter regardless if it was to butter toast, bake cookies, or cook with. Its great and smooth and I will definitely purchase again!

Love it!

I received this free product for my unbiased review from Influenster. I love the rich, light creamy taste. I really like the way it spreads nice and easy on bread and biscuits and without tearing up my bread. I use it in everything that needs butter, best tasting butter I have ever eaten, love it!

Taste like my childhood!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received free product for my un-biased review. I love country crock. Growing up we ate it because we were poor and it was the cheapest option, now I eat it because I love the taste! Spreads beautifully! Thank you.

Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer this spread to use on toast in the morning, it has good taste and spreads so much easier that stick butter and you don't murder your bread. I received this product complimentary for my review, but it is delicious free or not.

Just like growing up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom always had Country Crock in the fridge and we would use it to make cookies, muffins, pancakes. You name it. I haven't tried it in years, but I'm glad I did. It brings back so many memories and it still tastes like it did 20 years ago. Buttery and delish.

Spreadable Deliciousness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Country Crock! I've been using it for years in my household. Country Crock has a delicious taste that's so easy to spread onto bread and other delicate foods without leaving a torn mess behind.

Good...if you like dill pickles in your biscuits.

This new "simple recipe" may be better for us, but it certainly is NOT better tasting. It is the most foul margarine I've ever had the displeasure of eating. I'm allergic to milk, so butter isn't an option. I've been eating the original kind for 28 years, and though wary when I bought the "new recipe" last week, I put it on hot fresh biscuits. I bit into one and it tasted like a pickle. I thought it was odd, so I checked the new ingredients and saw that vinegar was an addition from the old kind. The next day I started melting some to sauté some veggies, and my entire kitchen smelled like fried pickles. Vinegar?! WHY???
