With so many uses and swaps for caloric levels compared to butter, I'm not sure why anyone would use butter to begin with.

Pretty tasty, but i can still tell that it is margarine, not butter. In fact, Country Crock tastes the most like margarine of all the brands ive tried. But the price is right, and i don't really mind the taste of margarine. And this brand is definitely the creamiest!

We most often use it on toast or on cooked veggies.. but last time I used it I decided to try baking with it. It was a great turn out -- some of the best cookies we've ever tried! Very moist, and stayed that way for days after baking them (unlike most cookies we've made)! Plus, it's always reasonably priced.

My son and I baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies with them and they turned out wonderfully! Fluffy, soft, and rich!! We have been also using Country Crock to spread on our toast each morning. It spreads much easier than using sticks of butter, so the kids can do it themselves! I'm a fan!

My mom used to buy country crock when I was a kid and I always enjoyed it. As I grew older and more health conscious I steered away from butter substitutes because of all the ingredients that were included and opted for limited portions of actual butter instead. The new version of country crock is pretty great! The simpler ingredients list makes me more open to a butter substitute and the taste is still pretty good. It spreads easily and smoothly. I do find it to be a tiny bit tart and not as delicious as butter itself, but I don't think anything tastes as good as the real deal! *I received this complimentary item in exchange for an honest review

I'm using it on toast (of course) but also spreading it on muffins and scones and using it to cook and sautee. It has a great buttery taste and spreads super easy.
