I use it on my morning waffles, my daughters mashed potatoes. in just about everything. it has such a rich taste, and the new container it comes in saves so much more room in my refrigerator. How can you call this "Original" when it clearly says "New Simple Recipe"? Like many others, I and my family have been using the REAL Original for over thirty years. And like many others, we absolutely find this "New Simple Recipe" very unpleasant to the taste. It also leaves a lingering aftertaste that is hard to get rid of. No other brands even came close to the Real Original. But now we are left no other option but to try to find something else. I know you changed the recipe to be more politically correct in this healthy minded society. But it is strange that there are a lot of older people, myself included, that are somehow still alive after eating the REAL Original for so long. If it was that bad for you, we would all be dead. As for me and my family; we will never use any product you make again.

Through the years CountryCrock has been ever changing and improving. When the health concern came out hydrogenated Oils...I stopped using CC because of that. I was not happy! So one day I picked up a tub of CountryCrock, sad that I could not use it anymore and low and behold, the lid said 'no hydroginated Oils'!!! Now I'm back to buying my favorite butter of all times. CountryCrock is good for spreading and cooking alike. Thank you Shedd's for CountryCrock. Thank you for helping me get my life back on track!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of butter. It goes on my bread, my spaghetti, my pan when I saute basically ANYTHING. When it comes to buttery spreads, County crock is pretty high-up on my list. Mostly because it's what my mom always, used. There's nothing quite like the taste of home. Now my son enjoys the buttery goodness that Country Crock has to offer. Especially in making delicious cookies (or in my case edible cookie dough yummm).

I am a huge fan of County Crock. I usually purchase the Churn Style which is amazing but recently I received a free product for my unbiased review. It was the Original and I loved it just as much as the Churn Style. It is so smooth and easy to spread. I love that you just take it straight from the fridge and it is ready to enjoy. It is delicious and buttery tasting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved getting a free sample of country crock! I baked and cooked with it. It brought real flavor and made my dishes comforting for fall, didn't taste fake or anything, tasted like real butter and tastes better than my regular butter product

I received Original Crock in exchange for my unbiased review and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I typically use all natural butter and was unsure of how I would like the taste, the taste was wonderful. My kids enjoyed how easily it spread and I enjoyed the none messy tub that it came in. I was able to sautée vegetables and make bread with the Original Crock and my kids liked them even better then our old way. Those old square logs(aka butter) are a thing of the past in our household. Country Crock is here to stay.
