I only gave it a one star because there is nothing lower! I have NEVER used anything but country crock butter in my life but now I'm having too try other butters. I'm very sad that I can't find my yummy creamy full of flavor butter!! It makes everything you use it on taste nasty! It even smells nasty! We bought 2 tubs of it and can't even use it. PLEASE bring the old butter back. Name this butter something else and sell that but please bring back the old butter. The only thing I like about it is the new tub it comes in!!! PLEASE PLEASE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the new Country crock original in our mashed potatoes tonight they were so buttery. It has been a long time since I have used this product, Years! So i was surprised that it tasted so much like real butter.

I use this for everything I use butter in. I add it to my skillet to fry eggs. I use it on toast. bagels and English muffins. I even add it to my vegetables. It gives everything a nice buttery flavor. It lasts a long g time in the fridge, so I usually buy the larger size tubs. It has a lid that closes tight to keep it fresh.

Made this recipe after finding it on Pinterest and normally I use stick butter but since I had an assignment to use Country Crock I thought, why the heck not. Best decision ever. It was so much easier to work for some reason, maybe true cooks know this but me as an average baker did not. The cookies came out tasting fabulous and turns out, I have to make another dessert tonight that includes butter so thanks Country Crock for being my new go-to.

Our family for the most part has used margarine for years. Don’t get me wrong I do love real butter, however in the real world that is not always easy or economical item to come by. I have cooked with margarine all of my life. Recently I was given the opportunity to try Country Crock as apart of a try and review campaign. Immediately I decided to try baking our favorite cookies to have a fair taste comparison. I didn’t tell them I had used a new brand, because I wanted to see if they could taste the difference. You know what, not one peep out of them. Not one “whats wrong, these taste funny” remark. We have been using the Country Crock for everything the past few weeks. I love this stuff!

I love baking with country crock, it buttery taste is not overbearing, it's already soft so no need to let it sit out for a little while. I also use country crock when cooking vegetables and the buttery taste is the bomb.

I'm not much of a baker but I love using it to cook my shrimp, make pancakes, and just use it as a spread on my toast.
