Just purchased a new square tub of margarine and it tastes different and not in a good way. Most of your customers were probably aware of the GMO's and other bad things in your margarine, but like myself, used it anyway because it tasted good. Now that it tastes disgusting, there's no reason to not switch to butter or a different margarine.

This goes in the pan to cook breakfast and tastes like heaven spread on a warm muffin. I cook much of my dinner with it rather than oil. It's a staple in this house! I only wish they hadn't gotten rid of the old containers that were bigger.

Yesterday, though, I tried it in my baking...and loved it! I made these luscious gluten free lemon blueberry muffin cookies and they came out moist and delicious. This is going to be my go to for baking now.

So I thought I would give Country Crock a try. It's decent. I still prefer my butter, but I like CC better than the spread I have purchased in the past!
