I used to love Country Crock. My favorite thing to do was bake a fresh loaf, or three of bread and right after it came out of then oven, I would slather my Country Crock on it and just induldge. Now, I had the same "New Recipe" Country Crock in my fridge for almost 3 months. I have never had it in my fridge for that long. I used it sparingly because I bought it and I will not let food go to waste, but I only used it when I had too and only in the smallest amount possible. I do not know why Country Crock changed the recipe, but I would be so much happier if they would change it back. Even my husband who can barely taste anything said it was not good. We miss the old recipe. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!! I have given this recipe two chances now. I am not happy. I hate to say this, but when this container is gone, I will not be buying another one. So sad since it has been a staple in my house since I was a kid. My family and I will miss you!

I have been a loyal customer of country crock since I was a teen. I even got my in laws to use. it. Every person I've talked to that has tasted the new formula has agreed its horrible. It was embarrassing to my wife for making cookies for a friends party and people hated them. They used to be a hit.

This is the only brand margarine I will ever use. I really like to use it on toast and when cooking. I would not necessarily use this for baking but everything else it's great.

I've tried other brands when they were on sale or something and everyone knew right away. It's worth the extra (if there is any) to buy something that everyone will enjoy. I love that it's now in a square tub so that it fits better in the fridge. I love that there are NO artificial preservatives. It's gluten FREE! And there is NO cholesterol or trans fat per serving. It still tastes GREAT!!

It is smooth and has a great buttery taste. I love using it in my recipes. I made blue raspberry chocolate chip cookies. Of course this butter was my go to in this recipe. I think it gives my cookies that extra softness and gives layer to the taste. I also put it on my morning toast. Who does not love a good crispy buttery piece of toast! It is easy to scoop out of the bowl. Believe it or not, the bowl last a good while in my house even though it is used quite often. At times we will melt it down and add garlic to make a nice basting flavor for biscuits, bread, bread sticks, or even a nice roast. It does not evaporate. It is not oily or give a film to our food. I have actually used Country Crock for years and can honestly say that nothing compares. I have tried others, but always come back to Country Crock. I use it as a spread, for cooking and for baking. The flavor is delicious and the texture smooth.

This is my favorite. I like everything about it except the price. It is worth more; but I have to pinch pennies and sometimes have to go for lower prices unless it's on sale or I have a coupon. As a child, I remember my grandmother made butter in an old churn by hand, and this is the closest product to hers I have found.

The spread was really easy to use as it was already soft, I didn't have to wait for a stick of butter to soften, which is a huge time saver to me, and it also gave the cookies the perfect amount of butter flavor without leaving someone saying "wow, I taste the butter!" I have also used this butter on everything such as toast, buttering a hot pan for frying and even buttering a hot pizza crust, to add Parmesan cheese of course! This gets a 5/5

It tasted fine and we used it, but I wouldn't purchase it again. I would only recommend it to my friends who are not concerned with buying organic or with extra ingredients. It was fine as far as flavor. It was soft and easy to spread on my dinner rolls.
