This new recipe is nasty. I made mac & cheese for my young grandchildren and they wouldn't eat it because it tasted funny. I tasted it and it tasted like soured milk. We did not like the new flavor, the vinegary tang could be tasted in everything it was added to. Not the creamy taste of the Shedd's Country Crock I'm used to. I don't know why you changed a great product. NEW and simple isn't always better and in this case it certainly is not. I won't buy it again. Please change it back, until then I'll be using another brand.

There's nothing better than making cookies or baking in general it's even good on toast or biscuits I can't imagine there's anything that doesn't go good with country crock! As usual, I picked up a tub of the Country Crock while grocery shopping... noting the newly designed container. Yes, it still said "original" flavor. Used it for the first time last night and almost threw up... The taste is horrible and ruined both my rice and vegetables. I had no alternative and used it on my toast this morning... same terrible taste and started my morning on a very sour note. I am not sure how much testing and on whom you tested this new taste - all I can say is that they must not have had any taste buds. I have used this spread for over 20 years and now have to find another brand to buy as I will not every use this "new, fresher taste" again. So very disappointed in this product and your company. I see from all of the negative reviews, I am not alone in my opinion.... Maybe you should listen to your consumers and bring back the original Original flavor.

The tub fits perfectly in my fridge, and I like that it's made from real ingredients. Makes me feel better about what I'm feeding my family.

Going back and trying it again was awesome I really enjoyed it for baking cookies and making frosting. I haven't yet used it in more savory recipes, but as far as baking is concerned I give it an A+!

I will definitely be using it more often after this trial with it again! It just spreads so easily and tastes delicious!

I give it zero stars. I have used Country Crock for years, I don't like buttery taste, my mother grew up on real butter and she likes "I cant believe it's not butter" so I only had to use that "stuff" that taste like butter at my moms house. Now I can only find the "new" Country Crock and it, now is leaning toward tasting like butter....I hate it. If the sticks truly are not changed then I will be changing to sticks, but if it is changed too, I will be looking for a new spread.
