The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the oily aftertaste that it has. I'm assuming since it has to be made this way for the spreadability of the product but I don't like that taste very well. I would just prefer real butter.

I've used it in all my cooking, in mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, etc. I've replaced butter with it and it tastes great. Not to mention I use it on my toast and English muffins for breakfast, but it spreads smoothly. My favorite use for it is spread on fresh, homemade banana bread.

I love the smooth, creamy taste and how it works great in everything I cook. It is great in main dishes, vegetables, and desserts. It melts nicely, and does not burn. I use it for everything. Now that I discovered this butter substitute, I don't think I'll be going back! It spreads wonderfully on toast, and is soft right out of the fridge, unlike conventional butter. The taste is great--not too salty and not too bland! I would definitely repurchase when I run out (which should be very soon!) I used Country Crock for baking. It has a great creamy texture and allows the dough to have a smoothness to it. It doesn't have heavy taste. I also like that it comes in a larger container so that I don't have to make frequent trips to the grocery store.

We first tried is spread on warm Italian bread with our spaghetti dinner and I could not get over the ease of spreading it. The taste is also wonderful. It has a very natural taste to it. I obtained the Original flavor and used it in the crust of my Cream Puff Pie, it is so buttery and easy to use. I was very impressed with the flavor as I am partial to butter. The cost is reasonable, it is easy to spread and the taste is great. I would purchase this again.
