It has a yummy buttery taste and spreads amazinging smooth. It's perfect in baking, on toast, on noodles...in anything you would use butter for. It will always be a go-to in our house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up in a family that only used Country Crock. I love that It's so easy to spread, and it's so creamy and rich in flavor. I also love that it's reasonable in price at most grocery stores. It's great for spreading on my toddlers toast or waffles in the morning and I use it for baking a lot too. It's a great quality brand and it's been around for years, so obviously they're doing something right.

For the past 20 years that I have walked this earth, my family has always purchased Country Crock. A few weeks ago, we purchased a nice, new square tub of your margarine. I noticed that the packaging stated it was a new recipe, and I ignored it, not knowing the horror that was about to befall me. The next morning, I made breakfast for myself using your new "margarine" spread. What I thought would be a lovely, buttery bagel turned out to be a foul, stomach-curdling mouthful of sadness. After this incident, I have had multiple people try the new simple recipe and they all agree completely with my opinion. I have since had to switch brands, and I will NEVER buy that concoction that you call new and simple ever again. The whole tub was thrown away and the money spent was wasted. I would give it -5 stars if I could. Bring back the old recipe.

I can taste a difference but after a few times I adjusted. Kind of like drinking milk fresh from the farm and the milk in the stores it takes adjusting because your use to the other. But it didn't take long to adjust to this it is good on toast pancakes even in Mac and chz and backing etc. I love how it is no artificial preservatives and still tastes great!

It worked well to spread on the kids morning waffles as well as our daily grilled cheese sandwiches. It melts much easier than a stick of butter and lasts much longer too!
