It melts perfectly, I love how easy it is to use this for my everyday use and for baking something special for my family. I feel good about the ingredients in country crock. I love how creamy it is and so easy to use spreading on a slice of bread. This is one of my new favorites.

However, I believe they have changed their recipe and I am not a fan of the new taste. It is convenient, but not my favorite butter spread. I received this free in exchange for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my, I don't even know where to start. First of all, this has to be one of my favorite cooking/baking item and a must have in or kitchen. The taste is just so creamy and buttery, so mouth watering. And most importantly it has no artificial flavors. I'm so glad I got to sample this thanks to Influenster and Country Crock.

With small kids, sometimes measuring the butter is a hard task. This product made measuring easy for them because all they had to do was scoop with a spoon and put into a measuring cup. Getting kids involved in the measuring process I have found is crucial for them to know fractions and proper kitchen mixing techniques. A photo below is what wa left over after baking with kids. The cookies did not stand a chance!!

The main ingredient of the countrycrock original blend is plant based oil, water, and salt. There are no artificial flavors and preservation. I contain palm oil that makes it easy to spread. It spreads easily on toast and tastes amazing. I love the flavor. My toddler started requesting this spread on her toast now. It comes in a bright and recycling tub. It is gluten-free, cholesterol free, and kosher free as well. I will definitely buy it again and would love to try other flavors as well.

The taste wasn't terribly different at all but the color wasn't the same. With butter these pies brown nicely but with Country Crock sticks no browning happened at all. This is my only complaint.
