It was super creamy & tasted like butter. I remember my grandma using country crock for baking so in addition to using it on toast & potatoes I made some delicious cookies. They turned out great. This forced me out of my comfort Zone and I am surprised that I actually didn't mind it! While I prefer my ghee over this butter- I truly think the price is great for the size of this tub. Ghee is exspensive so I would suggest this to people wanting to spend a little less on household items! Overall, good product.

This is the best alternative out there. I can trust in Country Crock to deliver high quality ingredients.
