[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just loved this spread! I loved the fact that I could use it in my Grandma's famous mashed potatoes and I could use it for my cookie recipe. The spread was very smooth and creamy. The flavor was something I would expect at a restaurant. Delish!

Especially dinner rolls, and rice. It's not heavy or overly salted. Overall Country crock is great, and my family loves it!

Very disappointed with new changes. It leaves a bad taste to anything I try it with. Looking at reviews I see some 5's but, they're from people who received the product for free. The ones who bought it are all showing 1's! This gives me hope, that you'll come to your senses, and go back to the original! If not, I'm sure this will be discontinued!

Do a simple Pro/Con chart for this PRO: Healthier Container fits in fridge better CON: No longer works as an anti-stick agent, in fact i think it makes things stick worse after just a few seconds of it melting The taste: simply put it is very lacking from the original recipe we are all used to I and probably most other people when using butter are not concerned with how "healthy" it is we use it cause it tastes good and flavors things up, when im looking to cook healthy i use olive oil, which even has better taste when cooking foods on the stove then this NEW recipe

I've used it in all my cooking, in mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, etc. I've replaced butter with it and it tastes great. Not to mention I use it on my toast and English muffins for breakfast, but it spreads smoothly. My favorite use for it is spread on fresh, homemade banana bread.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This margarine is great for spreading on toast and bagels. The taste is very similar to butter, it is creamy and slightly salted. I think that baking with the margarine caused a different texture than regular butter. I would not replace margarine for my baking but it is very good for other butter uses.

So country crock is the only brand of butter I will get. I know its not real butter but I wont ever get Anything different. And the tubs are great containers for leftovers. Defiantly dont mind spending the extra couple dollars compared to the other brands Country Crock® Original

I have used country crock for over 20 years. I have always enjoyed the flavor it added to everything. The last tub I bought I returnrd to the store because I thought it was ruined. Imagine my disappointment when the replacement tasted just as nasty. In doing a search I found this. Why would you do this to loyal customers? Why? The only reason for the one star rating is because I could not go any less than that!
