[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a coupon from Influenster to try Country Crock for free. I used it with a Country Crock chocolate chip cookie recipe to make cookies. While the spread worked, I felt that it left a bread-like taste to the cookies. I think the taste of the spread may have altered the taste of the cookies a bit, so if I do use this for cookie recipes in the future, I will probably add more sugar to the recipe.

The butter is perfectly creamy & makes meals taste so much better. I've tried other butters and none compare. The price is affordable for the large amount you get - and I feel healthy using it.

I especially love baking sugar cookies! I've been using Country Crock buttery spread for over 20 years! I always purchase it and I always tell my friends and family that they should buy it. The value of this spread is amazing and wonderful and it's not expensive at all.

I was raised with Country Crock as being butter, i continued to buy it from age 18-30. I always preffered its taste to butter. Almost tastes more buttery than butter. I've been cooking for a living for 14yrs, and at home i use it in everything. But the new "simple recipe" tastes funny to me i could never taste my margerine in the food i cooked it with or added it to, but i can sure taste the weird flavor now. I hope they bring back "Original Recipe"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family makes a recipe called butter on Cheerios where you add spoonfuls of it on top and microwave until melted and it shrinks the Cheerios down. My favorite food. We've been making this since we were little kids. Nothing works like country crock does!! Has to be name brand. Thank you for being a part of our family traditions.
