Country crock also melts beautifully on pancakes, toast, and savory dishes such as baked potatoes, steamed vegetables, and dinner rolls. We love it!

I just heard over the news that some people are complaining about newly designed tub! There's nothing to get used to, the quality of the product seems the same and on top of it, it's new shape makes MORE sense to store with other items in the frig! It's so much easier than the boring old-fashioned round tub! And it's fun! Thank you Country Crock for kicking it up a bit!

As long as I can remember my family has also used country crock. I didn't know what was so special about it till I tried other brands and they were not the same. They were not smooth and creamy like county crock is nor were they as easy to spread. I also love the taste of it too.

Every time I'm in need of butter I always buy this product no matter what. I've been a loyal customer for many years now. The taste is great and it always works well with whatever I cook. Nothing "original" about it. Just nasty. We are going to return it for a refund. The ONLY good thing about it is the container. In the survey for this review, I've marked that this is not the first time I've tried this product. Under this name, I've tried it (last 20 years probably). Tried it with this taste, no.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a pastry cook at a restaurant and we usually use whole butter in everything. At home, I'm not the biggest fan of using sticks of butter in everything; but I remember my mom using country crock when I was little to make chocolate chip cookies. I went out and picked this up and made chocolate chip pecan coconut cookies and they are FABULOUS! So soft and chewy and I totally believe the country crock helped to make them as soft and wonderful as they are.

My family and I are long time Country Crock users. We're very disappointed in the new Country Crock product. It tastes terrible and you can't cook or bake with it. Please bring back the original Country Crock we all loved. We will not continue to purchase this new version. We will switch to another brand instead.
