[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this goodie sent from Influenster, it was my first trying this spread, so when I went to the store to use my free coupon I chose the regular kind to make some French toast, something simple I know but I was craving that. I really like how it spreads nicely on the bread compare to regular butter but the only thing I didn't was its not made from natural flavors.

I was selected to test out Country Crock spread for free from Influenster and Country Crock. I picked out the Original flavored tub and we got to work testing it out. First, we used it on homemade, toasted bread. It spreads amazingly from the fridge, and tastes creamy and rich. We're a butter -loving family, so it definitely doesn't taste like butter, but it brought back fond memories for my husband and I who grew up on margarine. I used it in a batch of allergy-free cookies with it, since it is dairy free, and they turned it great. I can definitely feel better about using it over plain shortening. All natural ingredients are hard to contend with! The cookies came out chewy, and perfect. I have a nephew with dairy allergies, so this will be perfect for his treats. We also melted some for popcorn, which made it kind of greasy and unappealing. My daughter who loves buttered popcorn wouldn't eat it. Maybe not the best use if you're used to butter. Overall, the spreadability was great. It made great dairy-free cookies, and it tastes awesome as far as other margarine brands go. Will it replace butter for us? No, but if we're looking for something for allergy-friendly cooking, it is perfect!

I usually use butter and only butter. When I received a recipe I thought what the heck. I did it and wow wow wow. Great way to fill my home with yummy baking smells and give my family some goodies. Country crock is made with good oils and that's important to me. Great job!

Just wanted to say that I do not like the taste at all of the new Country Crock. I have even threw one away it tasted so bad. I am going to give up, no matter what it is on or how hard I have tried to like it I just can't. So I will have to try something else and hopefully find a butter that can replace the old Country Crock that I really liked and miss. Thanks for messing up a good thing.

I have been using Country Crock Brand products for many years. I use it in baking and for cooking meals in my home. I love the flavor spread on my toasts and pancakes as well. Between the taste and texture, it's my go to product. I received this product free in exchange for an honest review, that did however in no way affect my opinion and my opinion is my own.

I've used it spread on toast and in cooking and baking. I love how easy it is to spread and how buttery and tasty the butter is. I love it on toasty warm bread or rolls. I would recommend you buy this butter every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Country Crock years ago, and I'd forgotten how good it is. I got it free to try, and we spread some on our biscuits for breakfast. I'm a butter lover, and find Country Crock, while it doesn't taste exactly like butter, is more than acceptable as a substitute. I like the ease of spreading it without tearing up my bread, pancakes, or whatever I'm eating. It's not overly salty, but is a little oilier than I'm used to, but is pretty tasty, besides that.

I, too, have used CC for a long time and the last 2 tubs I have bought have had water build up. I have to pour it out just to use it. Like another poster, it won't stay on my knife at all. I am in Southeast new mexico. I think it's time to change butters.
