I am a above average butter lover. From spreading a thick layer on my toast to everything I cook on the stove has a spoon full of country crock in it or on it. Well... until the new look and terrible taste. I thought possibly half way through my first new tub that it was just a 1 in a million chance that I got a bad batch but now the second taste the same. I plan to switch to a different brand now in search for something close to the original country crock taste. Hope they realize it was not a good change sooner than later.

I received this product to try for free and it was actually quite delicious. My husband enjoys it on toast with cinnamon and it is quite convenient on waffles as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and ease of how it spreads. Definitely recommended.

I love the flavor and i would never buy anything else until recently. I have stopped buying it because when i am cooking sometimes my hands are full and i reach in the fridge to get it with 1 hand. Quite frequently i drop it because the lid comes off on me. I never had that problem with the round tubs.

I love the new container design. Here in the South, we are all about reusing our Country Crock containers for leftovers!! HA!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free coupon to try Country Crock thru Influenster. I had never tried Country Crock before and was quiet surprised when I used it. It had great flavor, spread very easily, and melted quickly. Great for "buttering" your bread for making toasted cheese sandwiches. I defiantly would purchase and use this product again.

I understand that a lot of people love country crock but please dont knock the ones that have a problem with it. I have been buying this product for many years & that is because I could always count on the original. Not so anymore. I find it has an aftertaste & as soon as I opened my new tub I had a problem with it. The lid & bare sides had a lot of condensation & as I said before I personally dont care for the taste. I had no problem with the round tub & I quit buying it in one store in my town as they didnt keep it refrigerated. Also a friend of mine who always bought country crock & kept it refrigerated pulled her new tub out for her morning toast & it was moldy. The new tubs of ur spread tastes that way to me. So I guess as long as the spreadable sticks are still the same then that is how I will have to buy it. I am glad u are getting really good responses but it would be niçe if others would have a little consideration for those of us who like what we like & dont just like or dislike because we are following the.crowd. I truely hate giving a review like this but I just had to let u know how I felt.

The butter spreads easily I use butter as a substitution for oil, this butter melted nicely and it added extra flavor. I love it!!! Already recommended it to several of my neighbors

I love that I am able to take this right from the fridge to spreading on some bread. Traditional butter has to sit out in order to soften to the point of spreadability. The flavor is also very rich, not too salty, but pleasantly melt in your mouth creamy. Additionally, there is quite a bit of versatility on uses, from cooking to baking (not limited as a spread), with wholesome ingredients I can trust for the family! Country Crock is my favorite of all spreadable butters, and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
