[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff lasts a long time and tastes great! So smooth and easily spreadable, it melts nice and quickly over a warm piece of bread. It also has a lovely aroma. I'm sure it's great for baking but it's not the same amount used as regular butter.

My daughter & I love to bake and baking with Country Crock Original Spread is the ONLY way to go! We made my Mom's secret chocolate chip cookies & the used this product instead of our usual margarine stick butter & the cookies turned out even better! We will definitely be buying this product from now on!

I have been using Country Crock's Original for years. The taste and smooth, creamy texture are the best. I was so thrilled when I discovered the Country Crock Original New Recipe! It is a much healthier recipe, while maintaining the original taste and texture I have come to love over the years. I heard from someone recently who claims they miss the old recipe's taste. So, I wanted to take the time to say that my family and I do not notice any change in the taste, and much prefer the new recipe. Thank you very much for making such a wonderful product!! I mean this is the brand I grew up on so when I moved out and started doing my own grocery shopping I obviously was drawn towards this brand. As I’ve adventured out some I’ve found myself trying the different kinds like avocado etc but love the brand

I love the new shape but, I hate the taste. What did you do to it??? Why, oh, why did you have to change the recipe...if I cannot find the round tub with the "original" taste, I will have to find something else to use. Please change your minds and "drop" the new recipe and go back to the original taste instead.

It took me forever to find out why I stopped enjoying the meals I prepare. I discussed it with my sisters and parents and we realized it was the butter. We were all disappointed. The new taste is gross and it really does ruin an entire meal. My family has been using Country Crock for as long as I can remember. Now we are all changing to something different.

I use this butter for cooking or even on a toast of bread. I recommend this to everyone! You cannot go wrong with this butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in an influenster box for review, with the understanding that I would provide and honest and true statement about my opinions on the product. I did not buy this product, however have purchased it since with my own money. I cook a lot with butter substitutes mostly in baking and mashed potatoes as well as sauteeing vegetables for my family dinners. I have been very pleased with the rich buttery taste and consistency. I used to buy another brand of margarine but I am a concert now! Definitely try it out!

Please change back to the old recipe, or at least continue to sell the old recipe in addition to your new one. People are not over exaggerating. I noticed the change in the taste and the way it would dry up and look like plastic in a pan BEFORE I even noticed that the recipe had changed. I grew up with this brand and I never even thought about going to another brand, but if this is the route this company is going go choose they will loose a lot of loyal customers. I never wrote felt the need to write a negative review, but I must say something needs to change.
