The new recipe has taken away the special taste that I fell in love with years ago. It's a shame that such a great spread is now gone. If the company changes the recipe back, I may return to buying it. On that note, why not resolve the issue by having both this version and the old version as separate purchase options in stores?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandma used to always by the big tubs of country crock. It was our go to butter product. I loved when she would use it to make us sugar toast. Piece of bread with country crock butter, sprinkle of sugar and toast in the oven till crispy. Glad it comes in a smaller tub now and will definitely be making it a regular household grocery. I recieved the product free for testing purposes.

I haven't had Country Crock since I was a child. My neighbor always used it and I loved the creamy taste. I am so happy I got to try it again thanks to Influenster. Country crock is a big hit my kids as well. I think this is going to one of our household stables from now one. I love how easy it spreads right out of the fridge compared to butter that is hard and tears your bread.

So when I got the chance to review this for my honest opinion I was so excited! I got it and the white seal was leaking butter through it. I am sorry but I did not want to give it a try. Talking to a great friend of mine, they let me give it a try. And omg was it great! I can say my grandpa would love it just as much as before if not more!! I encourage everyone and anyone to give it a try!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, i received a coupon to try this butter for free, to try Country Crock, and i was very very happy with everything about it, It was creamy and sweet and perfect for every meal i cooked and ate it with. It was perfect for my daughter to just spread it on her toast or waffles, easy to apply to delicate hot foods and have it melt and and just make the food 10 times better. From the texture to the taste, my whole family was very satisfied with it. It actually lasted longer then the four pack stick butters we buy, and we buy them a lot, so we have now taken the switch to Country Crock Original butter. spread. My whole family gives it a thumbs up.

My dad loves Country Crock though and actually introduced me to it when I was little. Honestly, it has come a long way. It is creamy and melts well, though to me still tastes like a butter spread. If I had to choose out of them all though, I would choose Country Crock.

I don't go through much, and I tend to use it primarily in baking/cooking. I don't think this is a great alternative for those purposes. The benefit, to me, would be when you want a softer, spreadable butter alternative.

The taste is amazing and my kids actually prefer it to regular butter! I love not having chunks on my toast and a smooth even spread. Country crock is my first choice when I need butter and the price is great too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Country Crock for basting turkeys and chicken. It produces the best tasting and crispiest skin! Only downfall... if left out of the fridge for longer than a couple of minutes the products begins to melt rather quickly.
