So disappointed when using this to cook with. When it melts it leaves a hardened film that feels like plastic. It also burns in the oven in less time than directed, on temperature recipe called for. I spread it on the top of a biscuit and it left a whitish film!

It spreads with ease, no more destroyed pieces of toast trying to spread hard butter. I used it in a batch of chocolate chip cookies, and they were better than mom makes.

I was using this spread for all my recipes, ama not paying attention that the recipe for the butter changed, I ruined my dinner dishes. It was AWLFUL. The whole group of people that was at the bbq also has noticed the difference. We will not be buying any of this "new recipe" spread anymore. Wish you'd go back to the old and trusted one that we loved. Also, used to when I would open the tub, my cat would come running for a taste of butter. Since the new change, she comes but sniffs ands walks away.

I used the Country Crock Spread in my recipe for Rice Krispie Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches. The spread was easy to work with. It melted quickly in the microwave and the dessert turned out great! The Rice Krispie Bars were sweet and chewy like they are supposed to be. They were fun to make and we really liked the added cookie dough and the mini chocolate chips that were pressed around the edges of the ice cream.The spread is perfect for slathering on toast, grilled cheese, biscuits and rolls, and much more.
