[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so unbelievably creamy and buttery. I had it on some toast and it isn't to oily or to salty. Country Crock Original has a wonderful taste and texture. I would recommend it and give it 2 thumbs up.

I love its buttery flavor both for cooking and as a spread. As a spread it's absolutely wonderful, spreads like a dream without ripping and tearing your breads. It's something that I will continue to buy and use in the future!

Upon receiving a sample to try of this new product, my view has changed. I really enjoyed the taste change. The taste is better and creamier, and I notice a lot less salt taste. I really enjoyed this on toast and bagels in the morning. I am very pleased and am honestly thinking about switching back to Country Crock

How can you still call this "original" when you have changed everything about it? I grew up a butter lover, but the old country crock converted me to a "country crock lover". I really loved it more than butter. But lo and behold, you had to change it. I know it seems trivial, but this change has devastated me. Why do companies feel the need to change a superior product. I hope you fire whoever came up with this horrendous idea when you see your sales plummet to the ground!!! I am searching for an alternative every time I go to the grocery store. The "new recipe" is terrible and I will no longer be buying Country Crock. PLEASE bring back the TRUE original.

New "original" (huh?) Country Crock is awful. "fresh country taste"? what do you consider "fresh country taste"? It's list of ingredients start with WATER. Main ingredient WATER. Sour, rancid, disgusting! Did you use humans for your test panels? Better get their taste buds checked. I'll spend my money on something that tastes good.

This is by far the best butter I have ever tasted, yum. "I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes." I got to try the original and boy was I happy. The butter is so creamy and spreads so easily on the bread. It doesn't tear the bread like most butters would because of the hardness of them. This product is the perfect amount of softness. The taste is amazing, it's so creamy it just melts in my mouth bite after bite leaving me wanting more. I will recommend this product to everyone I know it is that good. Thank you Country Crock for having outstanding products, I found my families new butter, Country Crocks Original Shedd's Spread with the Country Fresh Taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to review. It us smooth, soft and buttery.  No trans fats or canola oil. Used many for toast or pancakes and crackers. Be careful not to have anything in knife if u leave a speck of anything it seems to mold quickly. Prefer the smaller container because of this. Overall a nice product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I got to try baking some cookies using Country Crock spreads. They were great! The Country Crock is already nice and soft so it is easy to mix in, no waiting for it to soften up. And right now they give you a handy "base" recipe. It is great, I made the base, with a couple tweaks, and divided it into 4 different types of cookies. And they were Awesome! Country Crock spreads are just great for baking.
