[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've put this stuff on toast, pancakes, my baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, and I've used it with baking! So I can tell ya this is good stuff. It's a tad saltier than the butter I normally get but it's velvety smooth and spreads nice. The butter taste isnt too strong or too light. I received my butter free from influenster in my twinkle voxbox.

The taste of course is amazing buyou itself, but when you start to add it do all of your dishes while cooking it just brings out all of the flavors in every dish and or meal and makes each bite melt in your mouth! I use Country Crock for marinade for my meats, a type of glue I guess we will call it for my cake batter or cookies, brownies, medicinal edibles, and of course my favorite to slather on top of pastries, toast with butter anything that butter would taste good on lol! .

I'm not sure why the change in the Country Crock original recipe?? I have had nothing but complaints from my entire family. Even my 8 year old can taste the difference and refuses to eat any of the butter.. Please, Please, Please change back until then I will be forced the purchase another brand until then. I have been a strict butter user my entire adult life, so I was hesitant to use this. My kids and I used it to make cake mix cookies and they turned out fantastic! Very soft and yummy. I would consider buying this product again to use for baking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite part about Country Crock is the fact that there are no artificial preservatives or trans-fats. I usually use it for baking and cooking, but it is also easy to spread. I mainly bought this product to make the #makeityours cookies, and I was not disappointed with the quality. I tend to buy other brands that are marketed as being lactose free because I have issues with lactose, but this did not seem to affect me.

Butter doesn't spread unless it sits out and takes up space outside of the fridge. I have nothing but good things to say about country crock! For my dietary goals, this product has too many odd ingredients to actually replace basic butter, despite the fact that it tastes good. I wish they would simplify it and remove the unspecified natural and artificial flavors.

I have been grocery shopping for my Mom as she is going through chemotherapy now. I bought her the new Country Crock and one for me as well. She called me the next day to say the new taste was awful. She asked if I was okay with it. Chemotherapy changes your taste buds and she had hoped it was just that. I hadn't openend my new container yet, but I did after we talked. The new recipe isn't appealing at all. It has a weird flavor now. We have both used Country Crock for years, but neither of us can use this product. Please, please change back to the original recipe. Also, the old packaging was better, too : ) Thanks for listening!
