My family typically uses butter for its taste and baking, however after trying Country Crock's cookie recipes I am convinced this makes a better cookie and a more versatile batter. Its fresh, creamy taste also can't be beat on a dinner roll.

I've been baking with country crock for years. I've been storing butter the same way for years, this new stuff you've came up with went to liquid when left on the counter ( as I have done for years) So, I put it in the fridg. and halfway empty the tub got MOLD inside. 1st thing I noticed when we bought it was the flavor was off somehow .I like bread & butter normally, I wont use this.It even tasted bad on a baked potato Then I tried cooking with it (grilled cheese) and it smelled bad and tasted bad. I refuse to ruin my homemade breads & deserts by putting this product in them. I am very disappointed that I have to find another brand to use after all these years . Any chance you'll be changing back to the old recipe ? I hope so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received coupons for free Country Crock in my Influenster Harvest VoxBox for review purposes.I used my spread on some homemade garlic cheddar biscuits and it was delicious.I usually melt a little butter with garlic and drizzle over my biscuits right out of the oven,but with the spread I just stirred the minced garlic right in and spread on the biscuits.There was no need to melt it and it was soft enough to spread without causing damage to the tops of the biscuits.I would have included some pics,but my son had friends over and the biscuits were gone quickly.

I have grown up using this brand and still continue to use it. This is the perfect butter for baking, cooking, or even toast. It's easy to spread and has rich creamy flavor. High quality product for a low price. You won't be disappointed.

I also use this spread when baking. It has a rich, creamy taste and texture, bringing out the best in any recipe. This product Is also very nice on vegetables and noodles. I haven't had Country Crock since I was a kid as I try not to buy margarine. I find most have a strange flavor and are hard to cook with. However, this new style Country Crock tastes wonderful and is great to cook with! No strange after taste or quick burning like most butter alternatives. I am very impressed and plan to buy again!

I received a free butter tub from influenster.com, but I do use Country crock products anyway. It melts well, which for me is important. It's reasonably priced, and its got a velvety texture. I would recommend country crock butter to anyone that is looking to try it.
