I have always been a fan of Country Crock. That is all you will ever see in my fridge. It has an amazing creamy buttery taste. It is great to cook with or just to add to your everyday item such as toast or pasta. If I bought any thing else I am sure my whole family would send me back to the store to buy Country Crock. I also love the new square container they updated to.

However, as a regular butter user, this did not match the taste of real butter as a spread. The spreadablity of the product was nice and it did melt ok, but it definitely had an off taste.

I used to make scramble eggs and it added a great flavor to my eggs. I used on toast and to make grilled cheese sandwiches. It was definitely a winner in my household. I have purchased country crock before but this was the first time to try it with the simpler ingredients. The flavor is great and light and it spreads very easily for toast or making a grilled cheese sandwich. This consistency felt closer to butter than some other spreads I have used that were too tunny or oily. Will definitely buy again.

I have eaten Country Crock for YEARS. I enjoyed it because it did not taste like butter. I was SO DISAPPOINTED to learn I could NOT get my hands on the REAL original formula. Like others, unless you bring back the ORIGINAL, I will quit eating the stuff.
