I've used your product for over 15 years, and really liked the flavor. I didn't even realize that you'd changed the formula until things started tasting wrong, and I checked on the Web to see if there was some sort of product recall in place. I figured maybe something had gone wrong in production. Now I see that you intend for it to taste this way, so I will have to start looking for something else. And I have a big tub of stuff I can't use -- I always bought the big tubs!  Even the cat doesn't like it. Butter's not an option, since I'm lactose intolerant. Any suggestions?

I pretty much use it for 80% of my cooking: from scrambled eggs and toast to grilled veggies and cakes. The tub is the perfect size for a family, it lasts a while, and if you use a lot like we do, it'd better be big! The flavor is perfect, creamy, does not compromise the taste of any recipe and it can be a safe substitute for butter. I love it! I got this from Influenster to try. I love how It have my toast with such a light crust to It. It does not have a lingering buttery taste and you don't have butter all over you hands. I love this butter every morning with my breakfast. And to think I received this as a sample!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This butter is smooth and creamy and easy to bake with. I baked cookies from scratch with this butter and it was easy to spoon out and put into a measuring cup then transfer to a bowl. The cookies taste amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apple sauce country crock cookies 1/3 cup apple sauce 2/3 cup Country Crock spread 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 cup Flour 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup cho chips Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Cream together Apple sauce, country crock and brown/white sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add to wet mix. Once combined hand stir in chocolate chips Place 1 tbsp. Of batter 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 mins until edges are brown. enjoy!

I got my tub to review for free from Influenster. It's been a while since I have had this brand but it's just as I remember. Such a smooth and creamy spread that goes great on so many things. I love that it spreads so well and does not tear the bread or leave clumps. It has a nice flavor that goes well on or in just about anything. I save this to spread on bread, corn on the cob or put on mashed potatoes... yummy.

It's so creamy and flavorful that we use it for almost everything. They gave me the idea to use it for baking and my cookies turned out perfect.

Country Crock Original's New Simple Recipe has an overpowering taste that runs a bit too sweet. My family and I have used Country Crock for twenty years and unfortunately will be looking to change for the first time due to this new taste. All members of my household are complaining and actually avoiding use of the new recipe.

I always have bought and as, far back as i can remember my mom bought COUNTRY CROCK, and I loved the old recipe, and then I purchased the NEW SIMPLER and BETTER TASTING RECIPE and to be honest it's just not for me or my family, I didn't like the new butter and I wish Unilever would have just left the recipe the way it was or at least have them both, the old recipe and the new and let the people choose for their self. Now I have to go through different brands to find another one close to the old recipe.
