[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country Crock has completely replaced butter in all of my recipes. I love absolutely everything about it. And the texture is perfect when adding to any of my baking recipes. Unlike butter that is usually hard and takes forever to fold into something that is being blended, Country Crock is smooth (like butter should be) and is so flavorful. Love it!

My family and I have use Country Crock for many years, but no longer due to the recent change in the "recipe". The new recipe's taste is overwhelmingly bad and basically ruins anything you put it on. Unless Country Crock returns to the previous "Original Recipe" we will no longer be purchasing it. There is a tremendous outcry regarding the change in the taste from many dedicated customers so my advice to Country Crock is listen to the masses and return to the product we all know and have loved for many years.

I was pleasantly surprised that it worked well in baked goods. It also spread evenly and melts well. My kids really liked it because they could spread it on their own toast where is with butter it's a little bit more difficult. It will also be very economical to use for my holiday baking.

I use it for toast in the morning which is my son's favorite, I use it in my mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, pretty much everything I make that requires butter or margarine!

It tastes just like regular butter in my cookie and brownie recipes. It mixes in just as well too. My husband does use it for everything from toast to pancakes he loves it.
