It spreads on bread very easily straight out of the fridge which is great for when my kids want grilled cheese or buttered bread. The tub is convenient. The flavor is great and there is no aftertaste.

I've used country crock for over 40 years for different dishes. Mainly breads. As the years go by they add so much water it's ridiculous now it's over at least 60% water. If you don't believe me weigh a cup and melt in the microwave slowly cover refrigerate then poke a hole drain the water and see what you are left with.
