The bouquet was ok. Not really impressed. A little disappointed

After reading reviews I was a little skeptical. The flowers arrived on time and were fresh and beautiful. Exceeded my expectations

Flowers were received flattened to fit in box and never fully expanded when placed in vase. Not all buds opened up. Lasted about one week before disposing.

Arrived as scheduled in early February hoping to avoid the Valentines rush. Receiver expressed disappointment and stated many were wilted . However was unwilling to provide further feedback or images

Color of roses were not the same pink as in the images. Also, multiple petals were ripped, bruised or browning/dying. The bouquet did not look fresh and did not look like it was worth the $50 that I paid for.

My flowers were delivered in the wrong color. The picture clearly looks like bright pink roses and I got peach colored roses. When I emailed to complain they said that shades vary due to mother nature. Then why put a picture of pink roses if they are going to send whatever they feel like sending? I wont be ordering from Sams floral ever again. Im HIGHLY disappointed to say the least!

If I could give it a negative number I would. Not only did they not come in the color I ordered. I ordered lavender and they came in a two tone pink….they came with two of the rose heads already popped off in the bottom of the box. By far the WORST flower order ever!!!

Not particularly sure why these cost the price they do, other than greed. Expected fresh cut beautiful arrangement , but they already look old and stepped on. And they’ve been in the box so long they’re flat and meh looking. At this price, I should have went with the 50 roses from the other big box warehouse which arrive cold. My other gripe, ordered 3 arrangements for Valentine’s Day and only 2 came on the 14th. Embarrassing for me, and another reason to never use Sam’s club for flowers .

I ordered a Valentine's bouquet, but it looked nothing like the photo online. The flowers arrived in a very pale pink shade and several blooms were already wilted and close to dead. I was really disappointed with the quality, especially for such a special occasion.

disappointed because on the picture to buy it shows 28 roses but when i contacted Sams about it they told me the 28 stems included the greenery. It will not be a full bouquet like the image and the one I received had no purple roses but I did recieve two dead small white roses so I think those were suppose to be the purpe roses.
