I sent these flowers to my cousin for her birthday, she loved them.I sent the pink ones. They were fresh and vibrant. I will definitely be using them again.

I purchased a yellow rose's and white rose bouquets for my mother's Celebration of Life and was definitely delighted when they arrived. They were beautiful. Her urn was beautifully surrounded by them. I followed the directions and let them rest in water and food until late evening then arranged them into the vases for the next day. They lasted at least 10 days. I would recommend them.

These flowers took too long to arrive! It wasn’t until they shipped that it was revealed that they were shipping from Florida and expected to arrive in Ontario California! With all the Sam’s Clubs on the west coast you would expect one of them to have the flowers and ship from there. Sam’s club didn’t offer “local store” delivery which puzzled me because they deliver food and goods and also have florals in hand. I am going to post photos the floral recipient sent me. I was so embarrassed. She thought they were poor quality and wanted to help me with my purchase. Some of the flowers were drooping so she removed them and some she left. The photos are of how they arrived and looked after she placed them in water.

Purchased flowers for my mom and I was embarrassed by the pictures she sent me. Some of her flowers were dead or dying and she just received them today. I spent over $50 for these flowers. The flowers didn't look like the ones in the picture at all.

Color of roses were not the same pink as in the images. Also, multiple petals were ripped, bruised or browning/dying. The bouquet did not look fresh and did not look like it was worth the $50 that I paid for.

I recently ordered a bouquet of roses for a special occasion, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the delivery, I noticed that several roses were missing from the arrangement. This was quite disappointing, as it significantly affected the overall appearance and fullness of the bouquet. Moreover, the roses that did arrive were in a wilted state. The petals were drooping, and the vibrant colors I had hoped for were replaced with a dull and lifeless appearance. It was evident that the flowers had not been properly cared for during transit, leading to their premature wilting.

I was quite disappointed with this bouquet purchase. The flowers didn't match the photos. Different color pink and didn't include some of the filler used in the photo. It has a bit of damage to the roses upon arrival. Within four days the flowers drooping. The stems were cut upon receipt and fresh water was added. We continues to trim and change out water, but The flowers looked worse by the day. I wouldn't reorder this again. I'd have been better off going to the grocery store and buying flowers.

We ordered these for a party and they arrived days late, so naturally they were wilted and stunk when they arrived. There wasn't an easy option for a refund either.

My flowers were delivered in the wrong color. The picture clearly looks like bright pink roses and I got peach colored roses. When I emailed to complain they said that shades vary due to mother nature. Then why put a picture of pink roses if they are going to send whatever they feel like sending? I wont be ordering from Sams floral ever again. Im HIGHLY disappointed to say the least!

I ordered a Valentine's bouquet, but it looked nothing like the photo online. The flowers arrived in a very pale pink shade and several blooms were already wilted and close to dead. I was really disappointed with the quality, especially for such a special occasion.
