Worst steak I ever had. You could marinate it all week, pound the hell out of it and still your hand feels like its going to fall off by the end of carving it.

I put this in my freezer right away and the shopper of course put it in a plastic bag and so I didn't notice how fatty it was. When I pulled it out of the freezer to slice up for dinner I was very disappointed. It was very nasty. The shopper did not do a good job of picking out this meat. Wasted money.

Have them tenderise it 1st and then it works ok

I use this steak for Tacos. I hand chop it and marinate it. It's tender and delicious! We get many compliments!

I purchased a package of ground meat on 4/13/2021. The same afternoon I proceeded to use ground meat for dinner and as soon as I opened the package I smelled a foul odor. The complete package had a foul odor. I returned it to Sams the following day.

This steak is actually pretty good. I do enjoy eating it!

Slather in your fav compound butter and sous vide away. Melt in your mouth amazingness

Great in the slow cooker or instant pot. It's a bit tough for the grill though.

Marinated it all day and used to make fajitas. So tough you couldn’t chew it. Wish I could return them, in this economy $40 is A LOT to waste.
