World Record for toughest meat. I highest recommend don't BBQ or pan fry this meat. Other than that the meat freshness and quality was decent.

Awful. Got it in a pick up order and the meat looked so strange. Tasted even stranger. Horrible cut of beef

Bought a package of 6 round steaks, but 2 of them ended up being brisket trimmings hidden underneath the others. Not cool!

Only rated them a 4 ⭐️ because I didn’t eat these yet but as I was separating them into ziplock bags they are a nice size cut.

you can't chew them up that are like chewing fat

It’s OK if you’re hungry
