Member's Mark Sourdough Bread Bowl, 23 oz.

Very good sourdough bread. Loaf is too big! Liked it a lot more when you had the smaller loaves in a 4 pack...

Bring back the 4 pack!

This bread is very tasty. I just wish it was a bit more crusty, but when I spread that Kerry Gold butter on this toast, OMG!

this is an actual loaf of bread not a bowl...very good and easy to slice with a bread knife. good value

SINCE I'VE LEARNED THAT SOUR DOUGH BREAD IS MORE HEALTHY, I AM VERY HAPPY SAM'S CLUB OFFERS THIS FRESH BAKED VERSION AT A LOW PRICE.

Was surprised by the freshness. It matched other sourdough bread we have used in quality and was better regarding price.

Great Sourdough

Sourdough bread is always a staple in our house and using it for sandwiches and french toast make them extra tasty.

This sourdough is excellent. I do like the 2 smaller loaves in a package that I bought previously, rather than one big one

Great sourdough bread

Moved to North Carolina from California and have been unable to find a good Sourdough Bread until now. I pray you continue to bake it.

As good as San Francisco Sourdough

This is the worst bread ive ever tasted.  Nowhere near tasting like sourdough bread or even etible bread.  What a waste of money.YUCK!!!

YUCK!!!

I bought this loaf to save me another trip elsewhere. It was tasty with a nice crust, yet did not work well for slicing, as i had hoped.

Bread bowl best for filling

Although the bread is an excellent product, Sam's had ruined it as it is no longer offered unsliced.  I have eaten a self-sliced toasted piece of this bread daily since Sam's started offering it.  To toast Sourdough Bread you must have a slice 3/4 to 1 inch thick to maintain the bread texture.  The thin slices now provided merely dry out to the consistency of a rice cake before they get toasted.  I don't know who at Sam's made the "brilliant decision" to no longer offer the bread unsliced, but he/she obviously doesn't know anything about the product.

A Major Screwup

I was so surprised to find this quality of bread on the shelf. It has a very nice crust and I made French Toast with 1/2 of it and the other half was used for a Boule bread loaded with butter and cheeses. Sliced better with a smooth knife instead of a serrated bread knife.
