Great bread, bakery quality. It's chewy, delicious, and sour like it's supposed to be. The ingredients are minimal, and I know what they are!

The taste is a good sourdough flavor with soft crust. Very good eaten plain or for sandwiches. Nearly as good as local artisan.

Great flavor. Make grilled pepperoni, marinara & mozzarella sandwiches for the grandson. He loves them. Bread holds up well in the pan.

This sour dough is SO good. Great texture and flavor. Only complaint is I wish you could buy it sliced already.

I absolutely love these. I rarely east regular bread anymore but this is great ans much healthier for you than sliced bread.
