These are 3 SMALL cans of menudo. We use 1 can and feeds 2 of us a proportional amount. They're a bit salty so I add water when bringing it to a boil.

I was very skeptical about menudo in a can but i gave the hot and spicy menudo a try and i must say, a little lime, cilantro and onions.........man, its good. For me its just a tad bit greasy but yeah it will hit the spot when you dont want to cook it.
