My sons favorite seasoning. He loves it on everything, unfortunately he goes a little overboard %26 then it’s too salty for me.

Very Tasty

I purchased this to use when I am cooking cajun or seafood. But we also love it on our eggs, popcorn, roast, or in other recipes. This is the milder heat (there is a HOT!) so it is not so hot that the kids won't eat it.

The versatility and the flavor, but should come with a warning because it's addictive. Don't start using it because you won't be able to stop. Just forget about buying salt and pepper, this is all you need. Eggs and hashbrowns for breakfast are snappy. On a salad, in tuna and mayo, as seasoning. Its good on almost everything, its great for grilled steak and chicken, amazing on shrimp and very tasty when added to Alfredo sauce to make a Cajun Alfredo, its also amazing on broccoli and asparagus. Im getting ready to make jambalaya and it will be in that. Just leave it on your table. Its that good.

We ordered the product. It shipped in three packages. The first one arrived in good shape within a few days of ordering. The second package arrived with about 15% of the items damaged. The third package has yet to arrive. I have contacted customer service 4 times and still waiting for them to resolve the situation.

My husband and I served food seasoned in Slap Ya Momma to a family member who was visiting. She fell in love and had to know what seasoning we’d used. We told her and she must’ve gone to five stores trying to find it. I finally ordered it and sent it to her. She was so thrilled she took pics of the product and the meal she made the very next day. Loved every bite!

I was introduced to this glorious seasoning almost 10 years ago and I was hooked. But for some reason this past year every container we’ve bought has been extremely extremely salty. Idk if it’s a bad batch, or the formula was changed to cut costs these days… but for the sake of health, had to throw out.

My daughter wanted to try this seasoning and I still give her a hard time about wanting "Slap ya Mama". It has turned into our go to seasoning. My 12 year old likes it on baked chicken legs. We put it on salmon and mixed veggies. So far, everything we have tried it on has been really good!

Way too salty for me. 1/4 tsp of "Slap Ya Mama" contains 310 mg sodium, while 1/4 tsp regular Morton Iodized salt contains 590 mg sodium. This is mostly salt. With a little red pepper, black pepper, and garlic powder mixed in. Not that special. Save your money and make your own mix with the proportions you prefer. Cute name and cute packaging, but not worth the money.
