A really good product. The only problem is unless you live in a far southern state such as Louisiana, it's not available for purchase at Sam's Club. Not even online.

Who better than a Cajun to rate a Cajun seasoning. SYM Has been around for a couple of decades. I suspect you will find the item in most Cajun spice cabinets. Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ item.

We use this in my house all the time for shrimp boils, salmon, and fried fish batter. It is not too salty. It is not very spicy hot, but it is a good mix of spices.

I suspect all batch’s are different, but mine was extremely salty. I’m big fan of Paul Perdhommes blackened redfish, but wanted little more spice. Should have just added cayenne- this Cajun way too salty.

I found this over 10 years ago and only use this for cooking cajun recipes. It is also great for seasoning meats for smoker, stews, and veggies. You cannot go wrong with this magic dust!

Maybe I got a bad batch but holy smokes! This stuff is VERY salty!

You could make this at home. Main ingredient is salt! My opinion is that this is nothing special.

Like pure salt.. ruined 1/2 a salmon filet. My wife used it like blackened seasoning which it is not
