This will be our second Unidin radar detector. The first one was a R3 that's over 6 years old. This price is better than 6 years ago. It will pickup signals coming from the other side of an overpass. It has paid for itself multiple times with red light cameras in unfamiliar areas. The R4 reviews say it's a lot better than the R3.

Still cant believe the distance this thing is picking up hits on other vehicles in front of me. Its mind blowing , has already saved me multiple times late at night on long, lonely (ALMOST LOL )dark roads !

I bought this several months ago and it's a real detector improvement over my Escort passport 9500iX! GPS works great tied with the Highway Radar ap and bluetooth connectivity-super price here at Sam's too!

If you don't think you need arrows, this is the best on the market.
