Cutting sugars and salt from my foods have been hard but this sauce is delicious. Great consistency and color. Smells amazing as well. Great on top of my spaghetti squash noodles.

My husband and I started Keto about two months ago. We were craving spaghetti and of course needed to modify. I read all of the reviews and did my research so I bought this product. Waaayyyyyy to acidic. If you are used to this, you;ll love it. I did more research and ended up finding another product with the same net carbs that takes the acidity out of the sauce. I gave it the three (3) stars instead of the five (5) because of the after-taste. Bit too expensive for pasta sauce.

I don't write many reviews. However, these sauces and the Yo Mama company deserve a fantastic review. My diet is keto. For me, this sauce is worth every penny. Taste is delicious and no decline in my ketones from adding the sauce to some of my standard dishes. Almond flour Taco bowls with seasoned beef and Yo Mama keto friendly sauce. Yeah! Yummy! Had a small hiccup with my order and company took care of it immediately. I won't hesitate to repurchase.

I tasted it prior to adding anything to it. It was flavorful and tasted clean! I also added about 4 tablespoons of basil pesto in it as well as other seasonings as well and made a chicken and pasta meal. It turned out delicious!!

I havent tried their other pasta sauces but this one definitely makes me want to!Spaghetti is a solid go to meal on the weekdays when you dont have time to make anything else, which means its really important to have quality pasta sauce. In the past, I would settle for cheaper more commercial sauces but realized almost instantly the difference when it comes to Yo Mamas. It honestly taste super fresh - the tomatoes, basil, consistency, everything about it tastes real and healthy. I threw it together with some bucatini pasta, fresh grated parmesan cheese, and a glass of red wine. The perfect, affordable dinner on a weekday night!

I had been searching for a new pasta sauce to try so I thought I'd give this Yo Mama's Foods a try given all the great reviews and comments. The only ingredients listed are tomatoes,onions,garlic,basil,olive oil,oregano, black pepper and salt. No preservatives added. It also has low sodium content for heathier sauce. All these thing make this as my go-to sauce from now.

I have done keto for awhile. One of my favorite meals is what I call a tomato bowl. Tomatoe sauce, hand full of shredded mozzarella, and a bunch a pepperoni. Normally if I go low sugar and carb sauce it is boring and just tastes like tomatoe soup. This has surprising delicious taste with low carbs and sugar.

This sauce is really good to use on Rice pasta and it is healthy as well. I did have to add some garlic salt to cover the no salt taste, but that's the only thing I thought was needed in this sauce. The sauce is my new favorite and I will be adding it to my shopping list. It contains the perfect mixture of spices and flavors. Great pasta sauce for sure!
