I have bought several different sauces from Yo Mamas. Im diabetic, so was looking for stuff to make my food taste great. Well, this is it! I cant say enough good things about the product they present. Theres just nothing like their stuff! You go, Yo Mama;s!

The only ingredients listed are tomatoes,onions,garlic,basil,olive oil,oregano, black pepper and salt. No preservatives added. It also has low sodium content for heathier sauce. All these thing make this as my go-to sauce from now.

If you grew up anywhere with a tasty homemade pasta sauce, or wish you did... this is it! It is delicious and more amazingly low sodium and pretty healthy. you won't miss the added salt or sugar of other brands-- this is TASTY! It costs more than the cheap stuff, but not too bad considering it is all natural and not filled with junk. We love it (our fav is basil, but all we tried have been good)

I don't write many reviews. However, these sauces and the Yo Mama company deserve a fantastic review. My diet is keto. For me, this sauce is worth every penny. Taste is delicious and no decline in my ketones from adding the sauce to some of my standard dishes

What a wonderful product, very flavorful and delicious. Due to a family member not being able to have anything high in sodium and sugar this was the perfect sauce, we did not miss the added salt. Would definitely buy this again.Thanks for a great product.

I love this tomato sauce for any dish that calls for this ingredient. It has a slightly lumpy texture and a distinct garlic taste, both of which are desirable. It is far more fresh tasting than the traditional tomato sauces because it is not over processed and preserved. Eating healthy is my top priority and I'm glad that I don't have to settle for inferior flavor.

I was going to make him some hamburger meat simmered in Tomato sauce......but most Tomato Sauces have sugars in them. This Yo Mama's sauce is a Keto Friendly sauce! You can use it In many keto recipes like califlower pizza etc. This sauce tastes really good! We all tried it and really enjoyed the Flavor of this. It wasn't to sweet like some sauces can be, but still had a great flavor. I have to say I think we enjoyed this sauce more Than any other brands out there we have tried. And its great for Keto so you don't miss out. I would totally buy this to use even for a regular non keto meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Yo Mamas Foods keto pasta sauce is really good tasting and it is also low carb and low sodium and no sugar added so it can be eaten on the keto diet that a lot of people are doing right now. You can use it with the keto friendly shirataki noodles or squash noodles and stick with your diet even when craving pasta! I used this sauce with cut up sautéed carrots, onions, and green, red, yellow, and orange bell peppers with minced garlic added and some extra spicy no salt seasoning and put it over barilla veggie rotini. I don’t do the keto diet but I do try to eat a lower carb diet. Also this sauce is a healthy alternative to the other sodium loaded sauces for those who are watching their salt intake due to high blood pressure etc.

At some point I went from being able to make a really good homemade sauce to suddenly having a watery taster no matter how much I cook it down so I haven't been making sauce lately trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Will it taste like the top 3 on the market no but will it taste fresh and not watery yes. There is a good flavor with the same amount of water seepage the other sauces have when reheating in the microwave. No one would complain if you served this to them. Though it is not strong on the herb/spice flavor power but has a solid base to work with if you like strong flavors. Now if any of these are of concern..GMO Free, Vegan, Keto, Gluten Free, Low Carb, Sugar Free, Low Sodium this sauce has the staying power the others get knocked out of the competition for. Because it meets the criteria for all those diets. It's a very nice fresh taste. It made me want to use it to make a nice bruschetta. The ingredients list is short and sweet and straight out of the garden. I opened the jar 4/22, used half and went to reuse it 4/28 The sauce was still fresh tasting no early molding issues or anything from the lake of preservatives and additives.
