I don't write many reviews. However, these sauces and the Yo Mama company deserve a fantastic review. My diet is keto. For me, this sauce is worth every penny. Taste is delicious and no decline in my ketones from adding the sauce to some of my standard dishes

My husband and I have both been directed to a low sodium diet by our doctors. Imagine out amazement when we discovered that typical marina has from 350 to 800 mg of sodium per half cup. We checked at least five different grocery stores in the area. This marinara lists only 125 mg of sodium per half cup of sauce. Best of all, the flavor is good . We can actually taste tomato and basil in addition to the garlic and onion. Another plus for us is that there are chunks of tomato in the sauce rather than just a finely-ground puree.

Yo Mamma's tomato sauces are excellent, especially for low-carb eating. I especially like the basil. My husband is a red sauce pasta nut, with emphasis on the red sauce. The basil is so good he actually pours it into a cup and eats it like that. I don't go quite that far, but it is really good. I have used it to make eggplant parmesan, meatballs parmesan--just about everything that calls for tomato sauce. I don't even bother to make home made sauce any more.

It has so much flavor, and does not taste ordinary or processed, like most brands. I love that there is no sugar added, as sugar masks the best flavors of pasta sauce, and we have diabetics in our family. I have lots of friends who are on the keto diet, so I know they would appreciate that this is also keto-friendly. It is especially good that it is low sodium, because it seems that so many sauces have way too much salt. The basil flavor is just the right amount, and not too overwhelming. It is great that this is all natural, which is so important to me, as I am trying to eat more healthily. With all of the healthy attributes of this pasta sauce, it is pretty remarkable how great it tastes! I love the name of the brand and the packaging too. It’s really simple but cute. I think this is a very good value for the price you pay, considering the high quality. I would highly recommend this pasta sauce to anyone who wants a yummy pasta sauce that is healthy!

Love the YoMama sauces. I do not do well with red sauces, but I have found that YoMama is full of flavor, and very gentle to my stomach. I am just happy to be able to enjoy red sauces again. And to know that they are nutritionally sound, makes them our favorite.I do have to add that we had a bottle that was not sealed properly, however, when I complained, a refund was issued immediately. Great customer support!

Yo Mama's Tomato Basil pasta sauce is a must-have staple for anyone looking for an easy healthy option in your cooking repertoire. I ordered this since their Marinara sauce won a spot in my pantry and this Tomato Basil sauce now has a spot right next to it. You can taste the difference between the fresh ingredients Yo Mama's uses vs. all others on the market. Plus the fact that they DON'T ADD ANY SUGAR is a great! It makes food prep so much easier, knowing there's a ready-made option that will make any zoodles taste amazing.

If you’re looking for a low carb/keto sauce, this is it. The flavors are great. I used mine for making mini pizzas on low carb tortillas.It could probably use some salt, but in truth, I like to add that after I finish making everything. Overall, I would definitely recommend this sauce.
