picture is great but underwhelmed with remote. it does not have a pause button and it is not backlit. when I turn the tv on it defaults to LG home screen, I cannot override this so it will open on my cable channel. I shouldn't have to play around with an unnecessary step after turning it on. You can do better. I did not receive this product at a discounted price. I paid full price.

The home screen interface if very busy. The mouse pointer of the remote is very touchy and keeps getting enabled when I don't want it to. The spacking of the buttons on the remote is very tight; I keep hitting the home button when wanting to adjust the volume which causes me to exit an app when I don't want to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture! Available apps are very limited. Because of this, we cannot use LG's remote and OS. We ended up using this TV as a monitor only. We are using an Amazon Fire Stick and a Yamaha receiver to watch TV and provide 5-channel sound. TV only outputs 2-channel stereo. Lousy remote. Mouse pointer has a mind of its own. Everyone I know that has an LG remote hates it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right before Covid hit we purchased an LG C3 65” OLED. WOW! It gave us the best picture we'd ever seen. Now, a few years later we've moved the 65” and replaced it with the 77” C3. All I can say is we are constantly saying “ look at that picture!”. This tv does not disappoint in any way. From the picture to the hook up and control interface it is fantastic. I so recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding viewing experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding picture quality, with deep blacks and bright whites. It's worthwhile using different picture modes for different programs. We have found the MR23GN "Magic" remote control that came with the TV hard to use, although we are still learning about it. We got this TV because my wife has macular degeneration, and we can now brighten up otherwise dark images that she had trouble seeing before. There are close-caption modes with very high-contrast, easy to read characters. The sound is quite good for a flat-screen TV.

Absolutely beautiful picture! HUGE problem trying to figure out how to use the remote. Far too advanced programming and time hunting for your stations. Not everyone is tech-savvy and this thing is way above my ability to figure out. I want to use my Amazon Fire Stick, but it won't let me. I need to hire an IT guy to give me a 6-hour course on how to use it. Nothing should be this difficult the a normal household. I'm a retired commercial pilot and this thing baffles me.

Very happy with our new LG OLED TV. IT has a very sharp picture and the colors are very vivid. The remote is very good also, once you figure out what how to use it. We wanted a smart tv because we are going to streaming and this tv works very well for how we plan to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great purchase! I wanted a new big screen TV, with great tech, but I didn't want to spend too much to buy the absolute latest tech. The LG Series C3 provided these wants. Great picture with great colors, and tech that was very close to the latest releases (and comparatively, a real value). I was tempted to go for an 80+ inch screen but the 77" was sufficiently large and a much better buy than the 83". My first LG TV and I'm thrilled with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a fantastic screen, I have thoroughly enjoyed watching shows and movies on it, and it has been great for my consoles! Love that all 4 HDMI ports are 2.1. My only gripe is that the speakers aren't great, but I knew that was going to be the case and will be getting some improved speakers eventually.
