Purchased the 77 inch OLED TV (Model OLED77C3AUA) and have been impressed with the picture quality, slim design of the TV and the ease of set-up. Added the LG S80 TR sound bar so the audio now meets the picture quality.

Amazing picture. Love this TV. It was easily mounted on the wall above our fireplace. Sound thru a Sonos sound bar is also excellent. 5 stars all the way

Oustanding picture quality, easy setup. Many people mention the remote lacking an intuitive feature set. I agree to a point, but that's not enough of a reason to not buy this TV.

Love the clear picture and color. Images seem so real. My only complaint is it looses internet connection for no reason and many of the apps I use are not available in the LG library.

This tv was so easy to setup. Works great with Directv remote. A I added a Bose soundbar. Picture quality is superb. Love the OS so easy to use and setup my PS5 and xbox. Playing games is next level.

I got this TV delivered last month. From the outset, the it impressed me with its stunning display quality and advanced features. However, my excitement turned into frustration when the TV unexpectedly malfunctioned just a few weeks after purchase. While watching a movie, a red vertical line suddenly appeared on the screen. I assumed it was a software glitch and attempted to restart the TV. However, the TV never turned back on. It only made a clicking noise and flashed a red vertical line briefly before going into standby mode. The overall experience with LG's customer service has been less than stellar. While the initial response was prompt, the subsequent delays in resolving the issue have left me frustrated and questioning the reliability of the product and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my experience with the LG C3 OLED TV has been marred by premature failure and a prolonged service process. I had high expectations for a premium product, but the reality has been far from the promised performance. If considering this TV, I would advise potential buyers to weigh the potential risk of reliability issues carefully.

I bought my TV and went out in less than a year. We we enjoying the LG TV until this happened.
