The picture is so sharp and I love the remote control with pointer. The stand-by features are wonderful and I frequently turn on the soothing music when I do t feel like watching tv.

TV is fine and has many new features. However, the remote is difficult to learn. It has been frustrating. The user guide is not helpful. I am under pressure to return the TV, but would like help with the remote.

Best tv ever. Being a smart TV it's a little smarter than I am sometimes. But the quality of the picture and sound are fantastic. And the 77 in is not a stretch for the room I'm in and fits a lot better than I thought it would be.
